Supervision and consultation are available in individual, group, and peer support formats. Each option helps therapists deepen their EFT skills within a supportive learning environment. All consultation is provided solely for training in the EFT model and does not replace the clinical supervision required by licensing boards or employers.
Individual Supervision
Individual supervision provides focused, personalized guidance as you develop your EFT skills. Sessions are led by Certified EFT Supervisors or approved supervisor candidates.
- Review and feedback on your session recordings
- Support for self‑of‑therapist exploration
- Supervisor modeling of EFT interventions and attachment‑based language
- Clear, supportive feedback tailored to your stage of learning
- Hours count toward Advanced Training and EFT Certification
- Minimum of 8 individual supervision hours required for certification
Group Supervision
Group supervision offers an accelerated, economical way to learn EFT while building long‑lasting professional relationships. Meeting consistently with peers creates a safe, encouraging environment for practicing new skills.
- Case consultation with an experienced EFT supervisor
- Review of participant session tapes or transcripts
- Role plays with coaching and corrective feedback
- Discussion of EFT theory, steps, stages, and interventions
- Supportive learning with peers who are growing alongside you
