Why Core Skills Matters
Emotion is the heartbeat of EFT. Through experiential exercises, role‑plays, and case consultations, therapists learn to tune into emotional signals, track attachment themes, and help couples shift the “music” of their relational dance toward safety, closeness, and intimacy. Most participants finish the series with increased confidence and renewed passion for their clinical work.
